How to Access Your Client Portal via TaxesToGo

Step 1: Click the Link or Scan the QR Code

Step 2: Enter Your Info in the Portal Page
Fill in your Name, Email, Phone Number, and Referral Code (if you have one). This lets us send your customized app directly to your phone.

Step 3: Receive the App by Text
After submitting your info, you’ll receive a text message with a link to download the TaxesToGo mobile app.

Step 4: Download the App
Click the link in the text message and install the TaxesToGo app from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).

Step 5: Create or Log Into Your Account
Open the app and follow the prompts to create an account or log in.

Step 6: Get Started
Once you’re connected to our office, you can upload your documents, communicate with us, and track the status of your return, all in one place.

Please note: The portal is only accessible through the mobile app and cannot be used on a desktop.
